We are renting out our apartment in Netanya, Exodus 3. Available from September. The apartment is frame-built but without typical issues like lack of light or presence of cockroaches. The area is 70 sq.m., includes a living room with a large kitchen, a huge bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. It has a separate entrance, minimal neighbors, just the owner's family above. Only 3 minutes to the promenade, 7 minutes to the beach, and 10 minutes to a park with a small forest and barbecue area. The bus stop with direct service to TA is 1 minute from the house, city bus stops or towards Ra'anana are 5 minutes walk. Pets are allowed. Conditions: 4000 shekels per month, all included except for water and electricity. Terms - receipts for 12 months. Only the kitchen is furnished, but we will leave some of our furniture (sofa, dresser, TV stand).
