Apartment for Sublet in Tel Aviv

We are leaving and subletting our apartment from June 15 to July 18. The apartment is located in the quiet Neve Eliyahu neighborhood, within walking distance of the Ramat Gan National Park and Ariel Sharon Park. The bus stop is a minute's walk from the house, with buses running to any point in Tel Aviv, including on Shabbat. The apartment is on the 4th floor, cozy and bright, with a large furnished balcony facing three sides of the house. The living room is on the first floor and one bedroom is on the second. Both rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, grill, and coffee maker. The bed has a very comfortable mattress and there is a wall projector with a smart TV. Ideal for one person or a couple. We are looking for someone who can observe Shabbat for the entire duration. The cost is 5,500 shekels per month or 6,000 for the entire period. All bills are included in the price.
