We are renting out our apartment in a quiet area from May 9th to May 11th. The rental period is from 3 months. The apartment is on the 4th floor in a building without an elevator, consists of 2 rooms, and is furnished. The rental is conducted through a broker (the commission is discussed with the broker). The cost is 3500 shekels (water included), with additional charges for electricity, Arnona (200 shekels for two months), and Va'ad Bayit (40 shekels).
